Honestly this place has the most refreshing and extremely flavorful fresh items. I have had the white fish lunch and the avocado scrambled egg wrap. You feel good eating here. Filling and the most naturally healthy way. Love this place.

I had lunch here and found it to be wonderful. Everything was fresh and tasty and healthy. I really appreciate being able to get healthy food quickly on a lunch break. I had a spinach feta scrambled egg wrap and the chicken cobb salad. I loved how fresh everything tasted and how light the wrap was. Very good. I'll be back.

What a hidden gem!! We were so tired of the same old places and wanted a healthy fresh meal. They did not disappoint! I had my two picky kids with me and she happily accommodated their ridiculous dislikes. All the food was so fresh and delicious! The kids wolfed down their salmon and eggs. Smoothies were refreshing and hit the spot! So glad we know they are here, we will be back!

Absolutely wonderful café! The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, the service is truly excellent, and every dish tastes incredibly fresh and delicious. You can tell they put a lot of care into both the food and the way they treat their customers. A perfect place to relax, enjoy a great meal, and feel well taken care of. Highly recommend!

Service was great the lady was super passionate about her business and what you put in your body all clean ingredients and doesn’t even taste gluten free I got the mango berry smoothie and the avocado scramble wrap
